The residual segment of Robert Martin Company is actively involved in land acquisition and development, planning, design, financing, construction, and marketing of all uses other than office and flex. It has a separate subsidiary for residential management services and owns several large apartment buildings.
RMC is continuing the development of the land which it owns in what are now the Mack-Cali Executive Parks as well as other large property holdings. It also owns retail centers and related sites. It was or is sponsor of many Urban Renewal areas producing in-town revitalization containing apartments, stores, hotels, and restaurants, and continues the Robert Martin Company residential project legacy, which has created over 3,000 dwelling units and is now processing nearly 2,000 more.
