Vice President - Finance
Chris Wallace has over 20 years of financial and accounting experience in all sectors of commercial and residential real estate. As Vice President of Finance at Robert Martin Company, Chris is responsible for the tax and accounting oversight for numerous real estate and non-real estate entities as well as the personal holdings of the company’s principals. Prior to joining Robert Martin Company in 2009, he served as the Controller for Cambridge Hanover, Inc., where he oversaw all finance, accounting, and investor relations functions for two private equity funds specializing in value add industrial property investments. Chris has also served in financial and accounting management positions at Baker Residential Company, L.P. and Rose Associates, Inc. He began his career in public accounting and is a New York State licensed CPA. Chris received a BS from Manhattan College and an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
