Susan Higgins
Controller
Susan Higgins has over 30 years of financial and accounting experience in all sectors of commercial and residential real estate. Susan currently serves as Controller of Robert Martin Company where she is responsible for the accounting and reporting of all real estate and non-real estate entities of the company. Prior to joining Robert Martin Company in 2018, Susan served as the Controller for ASG Equities in New York, NY. There she oversaw all finance, accounting, and reporting functions for more than 30 real estate investments and properties. Before joining ASG Equities, Susan spent 15 years at SL Green Realty Corp. as SVP – Controller of Real Property. Prior to SL Green Susan held various accounting, financial analysis, and management positions at GVA Williams Real Estate, The Taubman Company, Kan Am Realty Inc., Integrated Resources, Inc., and Laventhol & Horwath. Susan received a BS in Accounting from Adelphi University. She lives in Sleepy Hollow, NY with her husband and two children.
