Brian Van Riper
Director of Construction and Project Management
Brian Van Riper has over 20 years of construction and management experience in commercial real estate. As Director of Construction and Project Management for Robert Martin Company, Brian is responsible for various construction related activities within the company. Prior to joining Robert Martin Company in 2019, Brian served as Associate Director, Construction for Sage Realty Corporation in New York and Director of Project Management for Reckson – A Division of SL Green Realty Corp. in White Plains. In 2009 he received his LEED Accreditation, and in 2014 he was a recipient of the Business Council of Westchester’s “Rising Stars – 40 Under 40” Award. Brian graduated summa cum laude from Manhattan College with a BS in Mathematics. He lives in Hopewell Junction, NY with his wife Karen and their two children.
