Laurence P. Gottleib

Managing Director- RMC Bio1

Laurence Gottlieb has over thirty years of C-suite strategic communications and economic development experience having worked for (and with) numerous Fortune 500 corporations, global non-profits, entrepreneurial ventures, and government agencies. He serves as Managing Director for Robert Martin Company’s RMC Bio1 life sciences and health technologies initiative, which he launched on the firm’s behalf among other special strategic projects currently underway. Prior to joining RMC in 2019, Laurence was Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Nicholas & Lence, after having recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer for the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation and leading Westchester County’s Office of Economic Development through the Great Recession. Laurence graduated cum laude from Pace University and completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management. He is a current board member of the Westchester-Putnam Workforce Development Board and founding member of the Westchester County Bioscience Task Force. He lives in Mount Pleasant, NY with his wife and has two daughters.
